Edward J. Ryan, Jr. is a founding partner of Ryan & Boudreau as well as its senior member.  He specializes in civil and criminal litigation, real estate, municipal and corporate law. 

Ed has been Town Counsel for the town of Granby since 1995 and for the town of South Hadley for over thirty-eight years.  He is a graduate of St. Anselm College and Western New England School of Law.  Ed is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts.  Ed is an active member of both his professional and local communities.  He is a past president of the Hampshire County Bar Association and currently serves as President of the Hampshire County Bar Advocates.
